Hello there,
We only have a little while to go before we all have a much-deserved holiday. Last week was short, so this week, we'll be wrapping up our work in math and language from last week (see last week's post). Here are a few other things we're working on:
Language: Homophones - these are words that sound the same, but have different meanings e.g. meet and meat.
We're also finishing up our recounts of the story of Chanukah and possibly work on some poetry if time permits.
In Math, we're chugging along with problem solving using addition and subtraction and working on temperature.
Science: A clean water habitat vs. a polluted water habitat.
